The IBBPAF is dedicated to ensuring that Black-owned business voices are heard by empowering Black voters, developing a fluid Black donor pipeline, and developing the Black candidate bench through two primary entities: the IL State Black Chamber of Commerce (ILBCC) & the IL Black Business Political Action Fund (IBBPAF).
